The Farmers Bank Remains a Top 200 Bank

Frankfort, IN — The Farmers Bank is pleased to announce they have once again been included in the American Banker Magazine’s ranking of the Top 200 Community Banks in the country.  American Banker Magazine ranks the best performers based on the bank’s return on average equity over the past three years.  This year, The Farmers Bank ranked number 48 with a three-year average Return on Average Equity (ROAE) of 11.79% as of December 31, 2016.   

A total of 13 Indiana banks made the American Banker Magazine’s Top 200 Community Bank list.  The Farmers Bank ranked 3rd among all Indiana Banks.
