The Farmers Bank Promotes Kim Compton to Senior Vice President of Technology/Operations

Kim Compton has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Technology/Operations, effective September 5, 2017.  Kim began her employment at The Farmers Bank on October 31, 2016 as Vice President of Information Technology/Operations. 

Kim received her Bachelor of English degree from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI).  She received a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2015.  Kim has also received a Technical Writing certification.

Kim has worked over 18 years in banking, with experience spanning Operations, Technology, Project Management, and Process Improvement.    

Kim resides in Cicero, Indiana, with her husband, Chris and their son, Braden.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, reading about cool new technology, and making life better for others.
