Nancy was born and raised in Boone County and graduated from Lebanon High School. Nancy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University. She currently resides in Lebanon with her husband Cecil. They have two sons Jeb and Wilford. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time outside with her family and friends.
